(1) All regularly priced and instock dresses maybe exchanged within 30 days of purchase less a $50 restocking fee. Exchange or credit note only within those 30 days with original receipt and items in original condition with tags attached.
(2) A minimum deposit of 25% ($200 minimum) is required on all layaways.
(3) All layaways must be paid in full 60 days after the date of the initial deposit. If not paid and picked up, the deposit and any payments will be forfeited.
(4) All Layaway purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of initial deposit. Exchange or credit notes only for all deposits given, less a $50 restocking fee. NO exchanges or credit notes will be given after the 30 day exchange period. All exchanges and credit notes may not be used towards Special orders.
(5) A minimum deposit of 60% is required on all Special Orders. All gowns must be paid within 30 of the gowns arrival in store, we will provide provide a phone call and /or email to the contact given at the time of purchase. All Dressed Up gives every customer the opportunity to exchange or receive a credit note (less $50 restocking fee) within the first 14 days the gown arrives in store. If you cannot make it into the store within this 14 day period, contact the store to make shipping arrangements. Special order fees and shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
(6) All sales are final on SALE or discounted merchandise.
(7) Our school guide is for informational purposes only and is to let you know if a dress style and/or colour has been sold to your school only. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we make no guarantee or promise that the same dress and/or colour will not be sold to someone at the same school. We will not be held liable if the same dress is sold to the same school and will not refund or credit under any circumstances if this occurs. Please refer to the exchange policy.
